Returns and Refund Policy

At Carfreqz, we are committed to providing excellent products and services. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a returns and refund policy that complies with UK law. 

1. Right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations (2013), you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from the day you receive your goods. To exercise this right, please notify us within this period via email or phone. 

2. Returns Process

To Return an item, please ensure it is in resalable condition, unused and in its original packaging. We recommend you obtain proof of postage when returning items, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged goods during return shipping.  

3. Restocking Fee

A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns, except where the item is faulty or damaged. This fee helps cover the cost of inspecting and restocking the returned goods. 

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they are faulty:

• Installed and Removed products: Any products that have been installed in your vehicle and subsequently removed are not eligible for return, unless they are found to be faulty. 
• Personalised or Special Order Items: Items that are made to order or are personalised cannot be returned unless faulty. 

5. Faulty Items

If the product is faulty or damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the item. We will offer a replacement or refund depending not he nature of the fault. If the product becomes faulty after the 14 day period, please contact us to discuss further options. 

6. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund, minus the applicable restocking fee, within 14 days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. 

7. Exclusions

Please note that we cannot accept returns on the following:

• Goods that have been installed or used in a way other than intended.
• Goods that have been damaged due to misuse or improper handling.

8. Shipping Costs

The cost of returning items to us is the responsibility of the customer.
